For Sunday 7th April - 8.30am

We are back to the regular program of service times from this Sunday with service beginning at 8.30am. Following on from the wonderful celebration of the Lord's resurrection last week, we will follow the disciples' srtuggles with faith and doubt and rejoice in the risen Lord's gifts to the church.

Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

Here are the readings:
Acts 5:27-32 The apostles boldly proclaim Jesus' resurrection
Revelation 1:4-8 Every eye will see the Lord
John 20:19-31 Thomas sees the risen Christ and believes

The peace of the risen Lord be with you,
Pastor Matt

This weekend promises to be a very full one for us at St Paul's.

On Saturday, beginning at 9.45am at St David's,

titled, "Blessed are the Peacemakers" that should NOT be missed!

Lunch will be provided and everyone is most welcome.

On Sunday service will begin at 11am with Pastor Zagel our guest preacher.

Musically, the St Paul's Strings Group from Box Hill will be serving us

Sunday 24th February - 10am

This Sunday we will be holding a parish service in Shepparton, beginning at 10am. The service will be followed by our parish AGM - the last of our AGMs in the yearly cycle! Sounds like a good enough reason to celebrate with lunch together after the meeting - please bring something to share.

I'm going to be preaching on the gospel (Lk 13:31-35) with particular attention to verse 34:

Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were not willing.

God's peace be with you,
Pastor Matt
